This form is only for newly registered paid students.

Please submit the times you are available for behind-the-wheel instructor training. Please keep in mind that our busiest times are after school and weekends. Our least busy times are early morning and before 2 pm.

If you need to cancel a scheduled lesson, you must do so at least 24 hour prior to your appointment. After that time frame there is $45 cancellation fee.
